Shipping Policy

Order

After placing an order, please allow 3 - 5 days for processing and preparation of your order (Not include weekends or holidays).

 

Shipping

• The available shipping countries are based on the shipping service I use, which provides the most affordable cost as far as I can find at the moment.
• All orders will be packaged and shipped from Thailand with tracking. It may take anywhere between 10 - 30 days for shipping.
• Any customs fees are entirely the responsibility of the buyer, depending on the different destination countries.

 

Shipping to US

Due to the current limitation of the shipping service, each package that send to US must contain orders within $60. Because of this, orders exceeding that need to be split into multiple packages, which will cost more. And because of this, I can’t provide a free shipping for orders over $50 like other countries. What I can do instead is to maintain the shipping cost until  the order reaches $120.

I will try to find more options in the future. Sorry for any inconvenience.

 

Return and exchange policy

• If there is any error on the order received, please contact me for verification and/or refund within 14 days of the order delivered. Photos or videos of the item as well as the original packaging are required.
• Refunds are not accepted for digital items.
