Shipping Policy

Order

After placing an order, please allow 3 - 5 days for processing and preparation of your order (Not include weekends or holidays).

 

Shipping

  • The available shipping countries are based on the shipping service I use, which provides the most affordable cost as far as I can find at the moment.
  • All orders will be packaged and shipped from Thailand with tracking. It may take anywhere between 10 - 30 days for shipping.
  • Any customs fees are entirely the responsibility of the buyer, depending on the different destination countries.

 

Shipping to US

Due to the current limitation of the shipping service, each package that send to US must contain orders within $60. Because of this, orders exceeding $60 need to be split into multiple packages, which will cost more.

I will try to find more options in future. For now, you can choose to normally place an order (The shipping cost will be calculated automatically, so you not need to manually separate the orders) or order my artworks from INPRNT instead (You can read more details about it in INPRNT section below)

Return and exchange policy

  • If there is any error on the order received, please contact me for verification and/or refund within 14 days of the order delivered. Photos or videos of the item as well as the original packaging are required.
  • Refunds are not accepted for digital items.

Differences between prints on this store and INPRNT

All goods that available on this store are ordered from local printing services. Meanwhile, INPRNT is a print-on-demand service based on Orlandos. Both provide a high-quality result with vivid colors.

The main difference is that all prints from INPRNT are printed with archival inks on gallery-quality 100% cotton rag archival paper, which will stay much longer, and also cost more price.

I decided to add a link to INPRNT on this store mainly because of the problem of the high shipping cost for United States customers. You can consider purchasing my artworks from INPRNT instead, but please note that all prints will be shipped from their location, not mine.
